Description Working for this quality modern French restaurant, they are seeking experienced and talented Demi Chef de Parties for their outstanding brigade. The successful candidates will have proven experience within quality restaurants or brasseries, preferably within modern French/ European cuisine. Ideally Brasserie, AA Rosette or Michelin star experience. You will need to be passionate about quality food, enthusiastic, able to work in a team and own initiative, share your knowledge and experience with Commis and Apprentices, as well as learning from others. Position offers excellent salary and benefits package, as well as great career opportunities. Working 5 days out of 7, on a rota. |
